About The Role The Brand Designer at Hightouch will be instrumental in shaping and elevating the company's visual identity and brand presence. This role involves creating compelling visual assets across multiple platforms, including web pages, product illustrations, social media content, and sales materials. The designer will work closely with marketing, product design, and engineering teams to develop a cohesive and distinctive brand that resonates with target audiences and differentiates Hightouch in a competitive market. The Brand Designer will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, translating complex technical concepts into engaging visual narratives, and staying abreast of emerging design trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant. - Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a brand or visual designer, either in a design studio or in-house setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Curiosity about technical concepts and a desire to incorporate them into design decisions
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual assets across web, video, and campaigns
- Strong project ownership skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the Hightouch brand identity to ensure relevance and impact
- Create and deliver visual assets for web pages, product illustrations, social media, and sales materials
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop cohesive brand narratives
- Partner with external agencies to ensure consistency and quality across all visual projects
- Translate technical and complex concepts into engaging visual stories
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design ideas to enhance brand presence
- Contribute to shaping and strengthening the company's design culture by promoting high standards and creative excellence
- Take ownership of diverse projects, managing timelines and deliverables effectively
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to support marketing and product initiatives
