We’re a fast-moving, strategy-first social media agency specializing in hospitality, food, and lifestyle brands. If you love systems, deadlines, and the satisfaction of a perfectly timed post, you might be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

📆 Schedule and publish approved content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

💻 Create daily IG Stories for multiple clients

🎥 Assist Social Media Managers with reel creation and editing

🗣 Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and tags in brand voice

📊 Track and compile monthly engagement and performance metrics

✍️ Light editing for tone, clarity, and voice consistency

🤝 Support the Social Media Manager with day-to-day coordination and client needs

You’re a Great Fit If:

✅ You have 1–2 years experience in a social media support role

✅ You’re fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and scheduling tools (like Later or Planoly)

✅ You love organization, meet deadlines, and take initiative

✅ You’re a clear communicator who thrives in a remote setting

✅ Canva experience and light graphic editing skills = a major plus!

Overview of the Social Media Coordinator Role

• Location: Remote (Must be available for client communications during core business hours 10am-2pm PST)
• Time Commitment: Part-Time
• Compensation: $20-24 hourly, based on experience
• Status: Non-exempt (W2 employee)
• Benefits: (Part Time) Unlimited Unpaid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave in Accordance with CA Law
