Role Description:
As a Creative Strategist, you will support our creative director and creative team in developing winning creative ideas for our diverse range of clients. You will be involved in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming and concept development to execution and analysis. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a keen understanding of the test-and-learn approach with a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the development of creative concepts and campaign strategies that align with client/partner objectives and target audiences.
- Support the creation of compelling storytelling content across Meta platforms.
- A proactive adopter of automation and AI tools, always looking for smarter ways to reduce friction, improve systems, and drive operational efficiency
- Help manage and update content timelines, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and creative ideas/batches.
- Collaborate with wider team members to produce both visual creative elements and asset copy.
- Participate in creative + brand sessions for project kick-offs and reviews.
- Monitor social trends, tools, apps, and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media techniques.
- Interpret campaign performance data and generate reports to assist in evaluating the efficacy of creatives and campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to creative teams, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and monitoring paid social trends, tools, and apps to be informed about the latest developments and proactive in the implementation of these, where necessary.
- Be immersed within client-facing channels and communicate with partners with regular updates on the creative process.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- 3+ years of experience in a creative/agency role, or paid/organic social-related field.
- Strong understanding of both paid and organic socials.
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Obsession with what it is you do
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Creative thinker with an obsession for marketing.
