We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to conduct market, industry, and business research that supports strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, insights, and structured analysis in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on markets, industries, and competitors.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and insight summaries.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to support business strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and strategy teams.
• Support surveys, interviews, and data collection initiatives.
• Maintain research documentation and data accuracy.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in research, analysis, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
