Job Description
Posted on: January 5, 2026
Integration meets Innovation At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world. Our Core iPaaS Platform is at the heart of this mission—helping organizations integrate systems, orchestrate processes, and scale without limits. As the market for integration and automation accelerates, we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define how our platform is positioned, launched, and adopted in a highly competitive market. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be both the voice of our platform in the market and the voice of the market inside Celigo. You’ll lead go-to-market strategy and launches, craft messaging that resonates with business and technical audiences, and enable our sales teams to win. You’ll also ensure Celigo’s differentiated AI capabilities, such as AI Flow Generation, AI Code Assistance, and AI-driven error management, are consistently woven into our story. Reporting to the Vice President, Product Marketing, you’ll collaborate across product management, demand generation, sales, customer success, and partners to accelerate adoption of our platform and help Celigo shape the future of intelligent automation. What would you do, if hired?
- Own the GTM strategy for the Core iPaaS Platform, balancing strategic positioning with day-to-day execution.
- Plan and deliver launches of new platform features and capabilities, ensuring cross-functional alignment and measurable business outcomes.
- Build clear, differentiated narratives that make the value of iPaaS and Celigo’s AI-driven features accessible to executives, practitioners, and partners.
- Deliver training, collateral, and tools that equip sales and partner teams to confidently position the platform.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the iPaaS and automation landscape. Collaborate with the competitive intelligence team and apply insights to refine positioning, launches, and enablement.
- Rally stakeholders across product, sales, demand gen, and customer success to align on priorities and execution.
- Integrate AI capabilities into broader messaging to highlight Celigo’s innovation and competitive edge.
- Develop blogs, case studies, webinars, and videos that build awareness, educate the market, and support demand generation.
- Amplify customer success stories to demonstrate real-world impact and build advocacy.
- Track the performance of GTM and launches, using data to optimize positioning and execution.
Who are we looking for?Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to turn complex technology into compelling narratives.
- Customer-centric marketer who deeply understands buyer personas, leverages qualitative and quantitative insights, and translates customer needs into compelling narratives.
- AI-forward thinker who actively explores and applies AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and scale.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and market insights to guide decisions.
- Passion for technology, automation, and the opportunity to shape how a category-leading platform is seen in the market.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with iPaaS, data platforms, workflow management, or enterprise software platforms.
- Proven track record driving GTM strategies and product launches that delivered measurable business impact.
- Strong grasp of integration and automation markets, with awareness of key competitors and the ability to translate insights into actionable positioning.
- Experience supporting enterprise and global GTM strategies.
