E-commerce Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity

We're a creative agency growing fast into e-commerce — working with beauty, lifestyle, and consumer brands on everything from go-to-market strategy to ongoing DTC execution. We need someone who can move between strategy and execution seamlessly, has a sharp design eye, and gets excited about turning ideas into revenue.

This role works directly with our Creative Director. You'll own email campaigns, Shopify execution, audits, and GTM strategy development from brief to launch. If you're looking to grow into a senior strategist or e-commerce lead, this is your path.

What You'll OwnStrategy & Audits

• Conduct e-commerce and email audits — identify gaps, opportunities, and quick wins
• Contribute to GTM strategies for product launches and brand initiatives
• Develop campaign concepts and ideas rooted in data and brand strategy

Email Marketing

• Build, schedule, and QA campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
• Own segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization
• Create email layouts and assets that look polished and convert

E-commerce & Shopify

• Manage site updates, product uploads, and merchandising
• Optimize PDPs and site structure for conversion
• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve the customer journey

Campaign Execution

• Execute product launches and seasonal campaigns end-to-end
• Coordinate assets, offers, and inventory across platforms
• Track performance and translate data into actionable next steps

Creative Support

• Create and edit digital assets for email, web, and social
• You don't need to be a designer — but you need to know good design when you see it

Who You Are

• 1–3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand marketing
• Hands-on Shopify experience (required)
• Email marketing experience — Klaviyo strongly preferred
• Strong UX/UI sensibility — you understand how design impacts conversion
• Comfortable in design tools (Figma, Adobe, Canva)
• Strategic thinker who can develop campaign ideas and GTM recommendations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm when juggling multiple deadlines

Tools We Use

Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics. You don't need all of these — but the more you bring, the faster you'll hit the ground running.
