As the Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing and event execution strategies. You will work closely with our internal team and clients to ensure the seamless planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and events. This remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive individual who thrives on coordinating logistics and delivering exceptional experiences.
---Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management and Administration
- Coordinate the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, roundtables, sponsorships and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, attendee registration, and materials preparation.
- Act as the main point of contact for event-related inquiries and communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and create reports on event success and improvements.
Marketing Support
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and content channels.
- Collaborate on content creation, editing, and scheduling across platforms. Maintain content calendars to ensure timely execution.
- Track marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance results.
Administrative and Client Support
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals and keep them informed of project progress.
- Conduct research, manage databases, and assist with various administrative tasks to support the broader team’s efforts.
---Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or event coordination, preferably in a remote or agency environment. Experience in the B2B marketing space would be highly regarded.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and execute quickly.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc). is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership over your work.Salary:
$75,000-80,000 AUD | Full time position | Remote
