Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Content and Design Contributor for our client in the biotechnology industry. This is a full-time opportunity with a company looking for a hands-on designer and digital content strategist to help shape and grow their marketing presence as they expand their clinical and commercial footprint.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
*Includes additional travel for team events for meetings up to twice a year
Schedule: 9am-6pm EST - flexibility for West Coast Collaboration

Salary Range:
Main Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead digital content and design efforts across web, social media, and digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, company website).
- Plan, manage, and execute content calendars in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications lead.
- Design and produce creative assets — social graphics, visuals, digital campaigns, and presentation materials that elevate brand storytelling.
- Partner with agencies and vendors for analytics, paid media, and optimization; review performance data and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage website updates (WordPress) — update copy, images, and visuals while working with an external team for larger web development needs.
- Analyze campaign and content performance, translating insights into actionable design and messaging improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, HR, and business development to align on content priorities, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Support event marketing for scientific conferences and presentations (no travel coordination required).
RequirementsTop 3 Must-Have Skills/Experience:
- Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical marketing — understanding clinical milestones, medical/scientific content, and regulated communication.
- Strong visual design skills — ability to create digital assets that are modern, clean, and brand-forward without heavy reliance on external designers.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude — thrives in a startup environment, takes initiative, and enjoys working across content, design, and strategy.
Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:
- Scientific or technical writing exposure.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social metrics).
- Experience managing vendors for quick-turn creative or video projects.
- Knowledge of biotech communications and branding best practices.
Software Experience Needed:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Canva
- Figma (preferred)
- WordPress
- Hootsuite (or similar social scheduling tool)
- Google Analytics
Compensation & Benefits
