Or how changes in energy prices, weather patterns, trade flows and commodity markets create opportunities and risks months before they become visible in traditional reporting.
Our mission is simple: help businesses make better decisions by understanding the hidden connections shaping the global economy.
We’re now looking for a Founding BDR Outreach Lead to help us tell that story.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who can understand complex industrial problems, identify the right companies, find the right people, and open high-quality conversations with procurement, supply chain, commercial and leadership teams.
You’ll work directly with the founders and Head of Sales to own outbound, BDR outreach and early growth execution. ou'll be responsible for helping the market understand both the problem we're solving and why a new approach is needed.
This is a rare opportunity to build the entire outbound and growth engine from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Build targeted account lists across industrial companies
- Identify the right buyers across procurement, supply chain, finance, commercial and leadership teams
- Write and run high-quality outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calls and events
- Turn customer use cases into relevant outreach angles
- Test messaging by industry, role, pain point and trigger event
- Work closely with the founders to generate qualified opportunities
- Build repeatable growth loops from outbound, events, partnerships and founder-led sales
- Measure, optimize and scale what works
- Build the BDR Team to execute the growth loops
Who You Are
- You’ve built or run outbound, BDR, sales development or growth in an early-stage startup or high-growth company
- You have experience opening conversations with senior B2B buyers
- You understand how to turn a complex product into a simple commercial message
- You’re comfortable switching between strategy and execution
- You enjoy operating in ambiguity and creating your own playbook
- You have strong commercial instincts and understand how pipeline turns into revenue
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, data, supply chain, procurement, industrial technology or fintech
- Experience with founder-led sales
- Strong analytical mindset
- Familiarity with modern AI-powered sales, research and outbound tools
