About The Role Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand and growth efforts across Spain and Portugal. You'll own local campaign development across the full funnel and sharpen how we position Revolut Business in the market by launching initiatives that bring our products to life. - Identifying customer needs by understanding SMB behaviour and how our features work globally to create data-driven stories and content that drive conversion
- Driving impactful go-to-market product launches across Spain and Portugal by owning audience strategy, messaging, and communication strategies
- Owning full-funnel local campaigns, from acquisition through activation and retention, and building market-leading campaign calendars with the Marketing team
- Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer and validate the product and marketing roadmaps, and stay on top of the competitive landscape in fintech and payments
- Owning tone of voice and style guides for Spain and Portugal, adapting global campaigns to local nuances in each market
- Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns, informing the go-to-market strategy
- Delivering campaigns with a solid bias for growth and business impact (NABs, activation, revenue)
- Partnering with regional leadership and the global Marketing team to make sure every move we make resonates locally and performs commercially
- Scaling creative efforts by operationalising resources, such as playbooks for Southern Europe
What You'll Need
- Fluency in Spanish (native level)
- Fluency in English
- 4+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably a hyper-growth global tech company), with a focus on B2B or SMB
- Experience leading local or regional marketing for a brand across more than one market
- Knowledge of local markets and the competitive landscape in fintech or payments, ideally in Spain and/or Portugal
- Extensive experience developing stories and compelling content to drive conversion
- Experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex campaigns that need input and execution from various cross-functional teams
- A track record of planning and creating editorial and commercial content
- The ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights to inform campaign strategy and product development
- To be a charismatic, people-person with the ability to talk to anyone and work in an evolving, growth environment
Nice to have
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Experience marketing to SMBs or in B2B fintech/payments
- Experience aligning priorities and providing creative guidance to junior team members
- Exposure to developing campaigns for partnerships across sports, entertainment, and events
