Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategies to drive brand growth and client success.

You will be the architect of the Site-Seeker brand. Your time will be split between driving our internal marketing engine (50%), managing several key client accounts (30%), and contributing to our high-level collaborative culture (20%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution: Build, manage, and execute a multi-faceted annual marketing plan, including paid ads, social, content, and events.

• Lead Generation: Liaise with our HubSpot Specialist and Head of Sales to drive qualified leads and nurture prospects through the funnel.

• Team Accountability: Lead the internal marketing committee, ensuring consistent delivery of campaigns and tracking them against established KPIs.

• Content & Performance: Oversee the creation of persona-aligned content and use web analytics/CRM data to assess and share performance metrics.

• Client Management: Act as a skilled relationship manager, creating custom digital solutions that match our clients’ business goals

Key Responsibilities:

We are specifically looking for a candidate who possesses Tenacity and Galvanizing traits—someone who can navigate obstacles and keep the team focused on the finish line.

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in digital marketing with a proven track record in lead generation and nurturing.

• Technical Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Automation, and web analytics.

• Project Leadership: Strong ability to head a department, manage budgets, and align complex digital programs.

• Communication: Superior presentation and writing skills, with the ability to connect with people at all seniority levels.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-Time, Exempt Position
• Salary Range of $70 to $80K ++
