Social Media Strategy Lead at BairesDev

We are seeking a Social Media Strategy Lead to define the vision and direction of our social presence, turning platform-specific opportunities into business impact. This role is ideal for someone who combines data-driven thinking with creative storytelling to build strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and own the overarching social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and growth objectives.

- Lead paid and organic social initiatives, coordinating with media buying and content teams.

- Conduct audience research and social listening to uncover insights that shape content and campaign direction.

- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance benchmarks for all social media channels.

- Guide creative briefs and collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-performing content.

- Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging formats, and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in social media strategy or integrated digital marketing.

- Deep knowledge of organic and paid social media across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and X.

- Strong experience with social listening and analytics tools to extract actionable insights.

- Proven ability to develop strategies that drive measurable audience growth and engagement.

- Experience collaborating with creative and media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
