With a rapidly growing client base and an exciting pipeline of projects, we’re looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering real results for our clients.

Role Overview

As an SEO & Digital Specialist at Practice Boost, you'll take ownership of SEO strategy and performance for our healthcare clients alongside other marketing channels. This is a client-facing role where you'll also collaborate closely with our content and web teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive traffic, improve rankings, and generate new patient enquiries.

While SEO will be your primary focus, experience with Google Ads, social media marketing, and WordPress websites will be highly regarded and provide opportunities to contribute more broadly across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies for healthcare clients
• Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with web developers, designers, and copywriters to execute SEO initiatives
• Support or advise on Google Ads campaigns and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration
• Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
• Someone who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
