About the role: We’re looking for a proven commercial leader to head our Mobile Growth Partners (Account Management) team at SplitMetrics. In this role, you’ll lead a team of 3+ account managers while personally owning a portfolio of strategic accounts - combining hands-on deal-making with coaching, strategy, and team development. Your mission: drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell across our ecosystem, ensuring both your quota and your team’s targets are met and exceeded. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead & Coach: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing account management team, setting clear revenue goals and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Own a Quota: Personally manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Map accounts, segment opportunities, and build long-term plans to maximize revenue potential.
  • Executive Engagement: Build senior-level relationships and position SplitMetrics as a trusted partner for mobile growth.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Lead QBRs and deliver actionable, performance-based recommendations.
  • Deal Leadership: Drive commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management.
  • Forecasting & Performance: Provide accurate revenue forecasts and track progress at both team and account levels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with CSMs, AEs, product, and marketing teams to deliver value and align strategies.

About you:

  • Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS or performance media sales, ideally in the mobile advertising ecosystem.
  • Extensive background in Account Management or Sales.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas, both individually and through a team.
  • Ability to balance hands-on selling with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
