Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for promoting and representing Spectrum Web Co, enhancing brand awareness, providing customer service support, and engaging with clients to foster positive relationships. The role also involves educating customers about our products and services, and addressing their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Brand Ambassadorship and promoting brand awareness
• Customer Service skills
• Passion for technology and software solutions
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
