As our Community & Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping to plan and manage our social channels and player communities. You’ll strategize and execute on social campaigns, engage with players daily, and help build a vibrant, positive community around our games and projects.
You’ll work within the marketing team, and closely with dev and creative teams, to ensure our tone, visuals, and content reflect our studio’s vision and player-first philosophy.
This is an opportunity to be part of building out our Social and Community strategy at an early stage, as well as getting exposure to wider Product Marketing and Paid User Acquisition.
Job requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media and community management, ideally in gaming or entertainment.
- Strong understanding and experience with major social platforms - X/Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
- Strong understanding and experience managing communities on Discord, Reddit or Telegram
- Familiarity with Web3/blockchain gaming ecosystems.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a natural, authentic tone.
- Genuine interest in gaming culture (bonus if you play video games, especially on mobile).
- Organized and proactive - able to manage multiple projects and campaigns semi-autonomously
- Comfortable engaging with online communities and moderating discussions.
- (Bonus) Basic skills in Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Job responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media calendars across Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn etc (plus emerging channels).
- Create engaging, on-brand posts and short-form content that resonates with our target audiences.
- Create, grow and manage our Discord and Telegram communities - moderate discussions, host events, and nurture active, respectful environments.
- Engage with players and respond to community feedback and questions.
- Work with 3rd parties such as agencies, KOLs, influencers etc.
- Monitor social trends, gaming news, competitors and community sentiment to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Track performance and report on key metrics to refine our approach.
- Support with light creative work - such as gameplay capture, simple graphic creation, memes, and short video edits.
