Marketing Manager

Marketing and Digital Media Manager We are seeking a Marketing and Digital Media Manager to join our team. This is a remote, executive-level administrative role requiring a proactive and versatile professional to manage all aspects of our digital presence and marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and has a strong background in marketing, content creation, and website management. The successful candidate will work remotely and adhere to a standard USA hours schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy and SEO: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and drive engagement. Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor activity, and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve search rankings and website traffic.
• Content Creation: Create compelling and high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
• Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media campaigns, create a content calendar, and engage with our audience across all social platforms.
• Website Management: Design, build, and maintain websites using various content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Regularly update website content, ensure functionality, and monitor site performance.
• Executive Administration: Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and project coordination, in support of executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing success in SEO, social media, and content creation.
• Proficiency in website management and design, with experience using platforms like WordPress or similar CMS.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience in an executive administrative role is a plus.
