Job DescriptionThe role As Solflare’s Social Media Manager you will have full ownership of our Instagram channel, and build and own Solflare’s Instagram presence from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role.This is a “build it from scratch and make it matter” role. If you’re equal parts creative thinker and organised independent operator - keep reading. Core responsibilities:

• Build and grow Solflare’s Instagram channel from zero
• Develop content ideas, formats, and storytelling concepts
• Own the Instagram content calendar end-to-end
• Manage community engagement
• Collaborate closely with our Brand Design team
• Track performance, analyze insights, and iterate
• Work on social strategy together with the Head of Socials and Content Lead
• Bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas to the table

Qualifications Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media (agency or in-house)
• Experience building or significantly growing an Instagram presence
• Experience building end-to-end social campaigns, from concept to execution, in alignment with wider marketing plans.
• Strong creative instincts and storytelling ability
• Sharp visual taste and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• A proactive, self-starter mindset
• Experience working with designers and creative teams

Nice to have:

• Crypto / Web3 knowledge
• Familiarity with various SoMe tools and AI
• Background in creative agencies
