Simply Nootropics is a fast-growing wellness brand focused on longevity, brain health, and natural performance. Our new brand launching this November: a bold, science-backed daily longevity drink with 88 ingredients, designed to go viral and redefine what it means to live longer and better.

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Organic Social Media Manager to own our organic presence across both brands. This role is all about building communities, creating high-impact content, and driving growth on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

The Role

You’ll own the organic social media strategy and execution across both brands. This role blends creativity, planning, and community management. You’ll be hands-on with content creation while also coordinating with our internal editing, production, and partnerships teams to deliver impactful, on-brand work.

A big focus will also be unlocking the growth of our Facebook group (8,500+ members and growing): creating content, developing engagement ideas, and building community value. You’ll work closely with our Head of Customer Experience here to ensure the group becomes a thriving hub.

You’ll report directly to our Head of Creative and work alongside a collaborative team of creative strategists, designers, and video editors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook groups.
  • Create engaging posts, graphics, and short-form videos for organic channels.
  • Collaborate with the internal editing/production team to produce on-brand, high-quality creative assets.
  • Align content with brand guidelines and target personas for both brands.
  • Manage giveaways, cross-promotions, and influencer collaborations to grow reach and engagement.
  • Engage with communities by replying to comments and DMs on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (including paid ad comments when needed).
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and activate our Facebook community, including content planning and member engagement.
  • Brief and coordinate with the internal production team to create organic scripts and content.
  • Work with our affiliate and partnerships team to repurpose authentic UGC for organic social.
  • Where comfortable, film and create your own b-roll or on-camera content (for Simply Nootropics only).
  • Collaborate with our founder, in-house neuroscientist, and scientific advisory board to create accurate, engaging briefs for educational social content.
  • Repurpose agency and paid ad content for organic channels.
  • Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and best practices, applying them to increase visibility and growth.
  • Report on organic performance metrics and provide insights to optimise content strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing organic social media for consumer brands (wellness, health, or lifestyle a plus).
  • Strong creative skills: ability to design posts, edit short-form video, and craft platform-native content.
  • Confident in social storytelling and writing captions that resonate with target audiences.
  • A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC, and community engagement.
  • Ability to juggle two brand voices while keeping output consistent and on-brand, with unique strategies and personas for each.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Bonus Skills

  • On-camera presence and ability to self-shoot content for TikTok/Instagram when needed.
  • Experience in supplements, health, longevity, or wellness categories.
  • Experience building and managing a community.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
