Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Marketing Coordinator to support our day-to-day content creation, posting, and community engagement across social platforms.This role will also have a hand in supporting the marketing, creative and ecomm team with day to day calendar and project management. This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, is naturally plugged into TikTok and Instagram trends, and is excited about growing with a fast-paced, digitally native brand.
You’ll assist in creating content, posting across platforms, engaging with our community, and supporting influencer and ambassador initiatives.

SOCIAL STRATEGY & EXECUTION
- Develop and manage organic strategy across key platforms
- Create and maintain a detailed content calendar across all channels
- Conceptualize, film, and edit original content that aligns with brand messaging and platform trends
- Ensure content is on-brand, visually engaging, and resonates with our audience
- Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates
- Pull weekly performance metrics
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions across social channels
- Actively engage with brand-aligned influencers, creators, and complementary brands to build a strong and authentic online community
- Maintain a consistent and on-brand voice across all interactions
INFLUENCER & AMBASSADOR SUPPORT
- Handle influencer gifting outreach, follow-ups, and coordination
- Track influencer posts and product order fulfillment
- Organize and upload influencer content and maintain updated tracking sheets
CONTENT CALENDAR & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Manage content calendar
- Take notes from Marketing Meeting
- Updating calendars and documents
- Actioning on next steps and assigning due dates and key stakeholders
- Following up with team on deliverables
- Campaign briefs, copywriting, and assets
- Creating, managing and updating campaign briefs
- Drafting copy for all new initiatives
- Put together SWIPE folders for assets
- Data and analytics
- Coordinating SCRUM recaps and meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years experience in Social Media Marketing
Comfortable filming/editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)
Strong understanding of IG, TikTok, and digital presence
Organized and detail-oriented, with good communication skills
Enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn
Must be familiar with Canva, CapCut, Dash Hudson, or similar tools is a plus
