Our team is a tight‑knit group of operators, architects, and AI enthusiasts who design and implement HubSpot ecosystems that simply work. We’re adding another talented individual to our internal revenue team to fuel growth. 

Important: This is an organizational and coordination-focused role supporting our Director of Revenue and marketing efforts. If your strengths lean heavily toward strategy alone or content creation exclusively, this likely isn't the right fit.

Team – Elite consultants and builders from HubSpot, Apollo, SaaS, and agency backgrounds. We work remotely across Florida, California, Michigan, North Dakota, Texas, New Hampshire, New Zealand, Mexico, and Canada, with physical offices in Monterey, CA and Orlando, FL, and an Austin, TX hub opening in Q3 2025.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive 90-day marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external freelancers, ensuring timely project execution.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Oversee external design freelancer projects, maintaining brand standards.
  • Assist in creating marketing content and proposal materials as required.

Must‑Have Skills

  • Expert-level organizational skills with the capability to manage complex calendars and multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, particularly for content coordination and project tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal and accountability skills.
  • Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled at using AI to operationalize marketing assets and planning.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience coordinating marketing or creative teams.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement processes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range (US hires): USD $60,000 – $70,000 Year 1. DOE + performance bonus opportunities. Compensation for roles based outside the United States will be benchmarked to local market rates.
  • Medical: Growth covers 75% of premiums after 90 days.
  • 401(k): Company match — contributions vest after 2 years.
  • PTO: 12 days + 10 holidays + office-closure winter break.
