As part of our team, you’ll enjoy 5 weeks paid annual leave, and work full time (four days) across 36 hours but be paid for 38 (yep, really!)
Who You Need to Be
You’re not just someone who ticks boxes or follows a run sheet. You’re a natural organiser who creates experiences. You see how all the moving parts come together and know how to make an event feel smooth and easy for everyone involved.
You’re confident on Zoom, know how to manage multiple speakers, troubleshoot, keep the energy up, and handle any issues without missing a beat.
You understand that great events aren’t about flashy features. They’re about connection, attention to detail, clear flow, and precision. And you enjoy the challenge of making all of that happen.
Must-Haves for This Role
- Proven experience coordinating both in-person and virtual events
- Advanced Zoom proficiency, with the ability to manage high-quality webinars and virtual retreats
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Confidence managing budgets, schedules, run sheets, and post-event reporting
- Obsessed with detail and always looking for the next innovation to make events even better
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of an A-Grade team, while juggling multiple event timelines
- Passionate about creating exceptional experiences, not just delivering logistics
- Available for occasional travel throughout the year for client and team events
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM/event platforms
- Experience working in coaching, transformation, or client-centric businesses
