LOCATION: US-BASED ONLY

This role requires US residency due to time zones, market knowledge, and real-time community engagement during US business hours.

THE OPPORTUNITY

I've spent the last three years building a fully automated product sourcing platform for Amazon sellers. The platform is production-ready and can scale 100x with zero additional infrastructure.

As I am focused on building new features, I don't have time to create TikToks, respond to DMs, and engage in communities.

Your job: Help Amazon sellers discover how this tool saves them time and finds profitable products. Create content, build awareness, educate sellers.

This is a CONTENT CREATION and COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT role - not paid advertising or marketing strategy. You'll be creating organic social content, engaging with people, and building relationships. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit and work well with little supervision.

YOUR ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGERDaily (1-2 hours):

- Respond to DMs and comments across all platforms

- Answer questions from people who found us

- Follow up with trial users

- Send personalized outreach to Amazon FBA creators

Weekly (10-15 hours):

- Create 3-5 short videos (30-60 sec) showing the tool

- Post across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Twitter

- Engage in Amazon FBA communities (Facebook groups, Reddit, Discord)

- Take 3-5 discovery calls with interested leads

- Help people understand the coaching program

Monthly:

- Recruit 2-3 small affiliate partners

- Track what content performs best

- Grow followers and engagement

WHAT YOU'RE NOT DOING

This role focuses on organic content and community - not:

❌ Paid ad campaigns (Google/Meta/TikTok ads)

❌ PPC or campaign management

❌ Marketing funnels or landing pages

❌ SEO or technical marketing

❌ Managing a team

If you're looking to run paid ads or build marketing campaigns, this isn't the role.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORMust Have:

✅ 2-5 years social media management or content creation

✅ Comfortable creating short-form video OR excellent at writing

✅ Know how to write engaging DMs (not spammy)

✅ Can hold conversations with interested people

✅ Self-motivated (don't need daily check-ins)

✅ Actually execute consistently

Nice to Have:

⭐ Affiliate management experience

⭐ Any e-commerce background

⭐ Community building experience

Do Not Require:

❌ Amazon FBA experience (we'll teach you)

❌ Existing audience or network

❌ High-ticket sales experience

COMPENSATION

30-Day Trial: $1,000/month

After Trial: $1,000/month + revenue sharing

After 90 Days: $0 base + ALL revenue sharing + 25% EQUITY

Revenue Sharing Structure:

- 30% share on coaching ($995 each = $298 for you)

- 20% share on PAYG users you refer (recurring forever)

- 5% override on affiliate-generated revenue

Realistic Timeline:

- Month 1: $1,000-1,500

- Month 3: $2,500-4,000

- Month 6: $4,000-7,000

- Month 12: $6,000-12,000/month + 25% equity
