Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a temporary Marketing Specialist for a mission-driven nonprofit organization advancing equity and inclusion within the computing and technology community.This is a part-time, fully remote position based in the United States.POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, increase engagement, and support mission-driven programs. This role blends hands-on campaign execution with long-term planning, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals
• Lead creative direction and oversee production of digital, print, and multimedia marketing assets
• Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize outreach strategies
• Manage content across newsletters, social media platforms, and other communication channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to launch and refine marketing initiatives
• Present marketing strategies, insights, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong expertise across digital marketing channels including content, email, social media, and paid advertising
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively
• Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and design software
