What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business goals
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations
• Manage the workflow of the SEO team, ensuring timely and quality completion of client work
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between marketing teams and other departments
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance for their professional development

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Excellent communication skills in a client-facing role
• Experience with search engine optimization and managing Google Ads accounts
• Project management experience, with knowledge of project management methodology
• Strong skills in interpersonal dynamics, analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with teams of 3 or more people
• Experience with WordPress and/or Magento
• Project management certifications
• Familiarity with project management software such as Basecamp or MS Project
• Understanding of web development, including HTML, CSS, and PHP
