We’re Hiring: UGC Manager at Scandi

We’re now looking for a smart, creative, and marketing-minded UGC Manager to join our team full-time.

About the Role:

As our UGC Manager, you’ll be responsible for finding and managing talented UGC creators who represent our brand voice and vision. You’ll communicate directly with creators, provide clear instructions, ensure high-quality video deliveries, and manage revisions when needed. You’ll also jump on short calls to explain our creative direction and help bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Find, recruit, and manage UGC creators that align with Scandi’s brand and tone.
• Communicate clear creative briefs and expectations to creators.
• Coordinate with our supplier to send products to creators.
• Provide creators with tracking links and delivery updates.
• Ensure deadlines are met and revisions are handled quickly and effectively.
• Join quick calls with creators to explain our creative vision when needed.
• Stay up to date with online trends, viral formats, and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure every video is optimized for performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of marketing, consumer psychology, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing UGC creators or influencer collaborations is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Passion for social media trends, UGC content, and digital marketing.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Available full-time and comfortable joining quick video calls.
