🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Gather and prioritize customer, market, and business requirements.
• Define product success metrics and track performance against KPIs.
• Make data-informed decisions to optimize product outcomes.
• Communicate product direction and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product best practices.

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with ownership of complex products.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with SaaS, digital platforms, or technology-driven products preferred.
• Ability to translate business goals into clear product requirements.
• Comfortable working in a remote or distributed team.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
