Head of Sales Performance | High-Growth B2B SaaS
A fast-scaling B2B SaaS company is hiring a Head of Sales Performance to define how elite selling scales.
This is a senior leadership role working alongside the Chief Sales Officer, owning how the Account Executive organisation performs — not managing deals, but setting the standards, systems and development that make high performance repeatable.
As the business grows, so do complexity, deal size and expectations. This role ensures every investment in enablement, tools, and talent actually translates into better selling.
You’ll own
- Sales performance standards in complex, value-based SaaS deals
- Coaching, development and capability frameworks
- How new tools, process and messaging land in the field
- The operating rhythm that turns good sellers into elite performers
Requirements
- Proven track record as a top-performing B2B SaaS Account Executive
- Deep experience of complex, multi-stakeholder, value-based sales
- Strong commercial judgement and credibility with senior sales leaders
- Experience working with Sales Enablement, RevOps, Product Marketing and Talent teams
- A systems mindset — able to design frameworks that scale
- Comfortable influencing executives and sales leaders without formal line management
- Pragmatic approach to sales tech and AI, focused on impact not hype
