We help businesses reduce manual admin, cut food and energy waste, improve compliance, and digitise recordkeeping through a smart combination of software, automation, sensors and AI.

Our platform brings together digital forms and checklists, jobs and tasks, temperature and IoT monitoring, product inventory, document management and AI-powered operational oversight — helping operators run safer, smarter and more efficient businesses.

We’re growing and are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a strong junior or early-career marketer who wants broad, hands-on experience in a growing business.

As Safely’s first dedicated in-house marketing hire, you’ll get exposure across content, campaigns, website, social media, lead generation, sales support and brand development. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, with guidance from external marketing advisors, and play a visible role in helping us grow.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is excited by the opportunity to build experience quickly in a business using AI and technology to solve real operational problems.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting Safely’s day-to-day marketing activity across content, campaigns, brand and lead generation
  • Creating content for website pages, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, social media, case studies and sales materials
  • Helping communicate Safely’s value across compliance, automation, operational efficiency, waste reduction and AI-driven oversight
  • Assisting with campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, events and partner activity
  • Supporting website and landing page updates to improve engagement and conversion
  • Helping plan and schedule social media content
  • Working with leadership to support awareness, engagement and pipeline growth
  • Preparing marketing materials for meetings, pilot opportunities, investor conversations, launches and outreach activity
  • Tracking marketing activity and campaign performance, and helping improve results over time
  • Coordinating with external advisors, designers or freelancers where needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience across some of the following: content, social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, website updates or sales materials
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A commercial mindset and interest in how marketing supports business growth
  • Confidence working in a fast-moving environment
  • Interest in technology, AI, automation and solving real business problems

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology or startup environments
  • Exposure to hospitality, food service, compliance, operations or regulated sectors
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns, CRM tools, email platforms or website CMS tools
  • Basic design, presentation or content creation skills
