Role Description
We’re hiring a full-time, remote LinkedIn B2B Marketing Manager (UK-based) to lead our organic social media efforts, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
This role is responsible for building and executing a consistent LinkedIn content strategy that drives brand visibility, engagement, and inbound opportunities. You will manage both company and executive profiles, create high-quality content, and ensure a strong, professional presence aligned with our positioning in capital markets and advisory services.
You’ll work closely with leadership, Investor Relations, and marketing teams to translate insights, deals, and market activity into content that resonates with investors, founders, and business owners. This role requires someone who understands how to position a firm as a credible authority and can turn content into meaningful conversations.
We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You should know what performs on LinkedIn, how to build a professional audience, and how to maintain consistency at a high standard.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a LinkedIn organic content strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage and grow company and executive LinkedIn profiles
• Create and publish high-quality content including posts, carousels, and thought leadership
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
• Optimise content for engagement, reach, and visibility
• Monitor performance metrics and refine strategy based on insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate campaigns, deals, and updates into content
• Stay up to date with LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community interactions
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and positioning
Qualifications
• 3–6+ years of experience managing LinkedIn or social media for B2B companies
• Proven track record of growing LinkedIn pages or personal brands organically
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn content formats and engagement strategies
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, professional, and compelling content
• Experience working with founders, executives, or financial/professional services firms is a strong advantage
• Understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and content funnels
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
• Based in the United Kingdom
