Department: Marketing Team Location: Gzira (Remote) Description We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a mid-level, execution-focused role—ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality work, communicates clearly across departments (including C-level stakeholders), and is confident managing content, digital platforms, and internal coordination tools. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, efficient, and reliable. Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Manage and update content across WordPress websites, including translations and version control
  • Draft, edit, and publish website copy in collaboration with design, product, and compliance teams
  • Operate and maintain email tools (e.g., Mailchimp) for campaigns and internal communication
  • Use Slack and Monday.com to coordinate cross-functional tasks and track project progress
  • Support growth and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter (as applicable)
  • Conduct basic performance reviews and suggest actionable improvement
  • Lead assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Contribute to broader marketing efforts as needed (e.g., conferences, branded gifts, content rollouts)

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

  • Native or fluent English speaker with excellent written communication skills
  • Proven experience managing and updating websites in WordPress or similar CMS
  • Familiarity with email platforms like Mailchimp, including formatting, list management, and scheduling
  • Professionalism and confidence in working with C-level executives and stakeholders
  • Understanding of social media formats, content trends, and basic analytics
  • Ability to adapt brand tone across platforms and campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience assisting with merchandise or branded giveaways
  • Understanding of paid social or performance campaigns
  • Interest in gaming and the ability to write with authentic voice and creativity
