Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential leads from provided lists or databases
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and qualify their interest
• Set up appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team
• Accurately update CRM systems with call notes and lead information
• Follow communication scripts and adapt when needed
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets

Requirement

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a remote setup
• Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and headset
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
