Rubric Law, a fully remote law firm, are seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Executive.
Overview:You will be at the centre of our multi-channel marketing activity, helping to shape and deliver campaigns that strengthen Rubric Law’s presence and support the firm’s growth. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver high-quality legal services to ambitious businesses by ensuring that the right people discover Rubric at the right time.
Working across our marketing ecosystem, you will help develop and deliver campaigns that combine website content, search visibility, email communications and social engagement to build awareness and generate enquiries. This role will suit someone who enjoys working across multiple marketing channels and contributing to the full marketing lifecycle, from content creation through to campaign performance.

You will work closely with your marketing colleagues to provide a well-rounded presence to prospective clients and referral partners and play a key role in elevating the firm’s marketing activity.
The role offers the chance for an ambitious marketer to develop into a true growth-focused all-rounder, with the opportunity to take ownership of specific channels over time and help shape the firm’s marketing strategy as the business grows.
We are particularly interested in candidates who enjoy testing ideas, improving performance and taking ownership of marketing channels, rather than simply executing tasks.
The role:
The Growth Marketing Executive will be instrumental in supporting the growth of the firm’s business pipeline by leveraging multiple marketing channels.
This will include supporting the firm’s website, SEO activity, content production, email campaigns and social media presence, ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent and focused on generating engagement and enquiries.
You will assist in creating and managing marketing content including website pages, articles, insights and LinkedIn posts, while helping to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working across multiple channels, testing new ideas and gradually taking ownership of areas of the marketing function.

You will help ensure that our expertise is communicated effectively through marketing channels including website content, email communications and social media. Through thoughtful content creation and campaign support, you will help strengthen relationships with both existing clients and new audiences.

You will be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve our marketing performance, whether through website improvements, content initiatives, social media engagement or email marketing campaigns.
Who you will be working with?
As a boutique commercial firm with eight members of staff, you will have direct access to all members of the team, including the Managing Director, delivering a superior client service, identifying opportunities and building relationships. You will report to the Head of the Department.
What is it like to work here?
We are an energetic group who are closely connected. There is a flat management structure with the Managing Director actively involved in the development of the team. The work is serious and there is a high output required, but the environment is supportive, fun and enjoyable.
We operate four practice areas, Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial and Employment, and have acquired a specialist reputation. This however is not the end and the firm want to grow and develop each area of the business into new markets and geographies.
As the firm continues to grow, there will be opportunities for the Growth Marketing Executive to expand their responsibilities, develop expertise across multiple channels and take greater ownership of marketing initiatives.
What will you be like?
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing, growth marketing or content marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor (required).
• A solid understanding of SEO, PPC, content strategy, social media and email marketing.
• Experience planning and delivering marketing content across multiple channels including website, email and LinkedIn.
• Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing campaigns.
• Experienced with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ability to write clear marketing copy and adapt tone for different audiences across different channels.
• A strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and a self-motivated approach.
• Experience leveraging AI platforms such as Chat GPT, Co-Pilot and Gemini.
