• You have 2-3 years of experience managing social media channels professionally (YouTube, Facebook)
• You have a proven track record of growing social audiences organically
• You're skilled at writing compelling titles, captions, and copy that drives engagement
• You have design knowledge to create eye-catching, clickable thumbnails
• You're highly organized with strong project and time management skills
• You can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• You're experienced with social analytics and data-driven decision making
• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience with TikTok or Snapchat is a plus
• Previous work on revenue-generating social media pages is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies to grow entertainment brand audiences
• Build communities of superfans around your assigned channels
• Create compelling thumbnails, titles, and copy to maximize content discoverability
• Design, manage, and optimize comprehensive content plans for your channels
• Analyze channel performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with and oversee video editors to create engaging content
• Stay current on social media trends, platforms, and emerging products
• Manage social media communities and engage with audiences
• Provide regular reporting on channel goals and growth metrics
• Work cross-functionally with strategists and other social media managers
