You’ll be architecting the entire growth engine from the ground up — creative, analytics, funnel, everything — inside one of the most chaotic, opportunity-rich industries in America.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Architect & run full-funnel systems across Meta + Google (SEE → THINK → DO → CARE).
• Write, produce, and test creative that actually makes homeowners stop scrolling.
• Rebuild funnels until CAC drops and quote requests climb.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to turn insight into product and brand evolution.
