_Our client in the financial services space is hiring a Head of Performance!_The role:

We’re looking for a Head of Performance to drive growth and optimization across our portfolio of e-commerce brands. In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking, creative leadership, and performance marketing expertise to deliver measurable results, enhance brand value, and prepare our companies for strategic acquisitions. You will oversee paid media, guide creative strategy, and lead campaign execution across multiple brands, ensuring each initiative tells the right story while driving performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead performance-driven paid media across paid social platforms for three e-commerce brands.
  • Oversee creative direction and execution, from UGC to seasonal campaigns and conversion-driven content.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimizations to maximize ROAS, engagement, and other KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and brand stakeholders to align creative and performance goals.
  • Mentor and manage a team of marketing and creative professionals, providing guidance and fostering innovation.
  • Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce, paid media, and digital creative strategy to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  • Present insights, strategies, and performance outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years driving growth in performance marketing and creative strategy, ideally with DTC or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record managing paid campaigns that consistently deliver measurable ROI and business growth.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, sharp storytelling, and content that drives engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on analytics.
  • Passion for experimenting, iterating, and building brands that stand out creatively while delivering measurable impact.
