Email & CRM Marketing Manager
4-6 month contract, 40 hours a week, high potential to convert to full time
About the Role
A hospitality and travel focused marketing agency looking for a technically strong Email Marketing & CRM Manager to own the build and execution side of our email and automation programs. If you've worked in hotel or travel marketing before, even better. You'll understand the client world we operate in and ramp up quickly. This role is for someone who lives in the platforms. You're not drafting copy or setting strategy. You're building the journeys, managing the data, and making sure everything deploys correctly and performs.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage automated email journeys in HubSpot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including behavior-triggered workflows, time-based sequences, and transactional sends
- Own QA and deployment from start to finish. Errors get caught before sends, not after
- Handle segmentation, list management, and audience builds across multiple client accounts
- Keep CRM data clean and well-structured; troubleshoot platform issues when they come up
- Pull performance reports, identify what's working and what isn't, and make recommendations accordingly
- Work directly with strategy leads to translate campaign briefs into accurate, on-time builds
What We're Looking For
- Real, hands-on platform experience with HubSpot and/or SFMC, including builds, automations, and integrations
- A track record of building and managing complex automated journeys, not just simple drip sequences
- Solid QA instincts and a clean, organized approach to list and data management
- Comfort pulling and interpreting performance data without needing someone to hand you a template
- Working knowledge of CRM data structures and what it takes to keep them functional long-term
- Agency experience preferred. You're used to multiple clients, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
- Hospitality or hotel marketing background is a genuine plus, not just a checkbox
Bonus Points
- Proficiency in both HubSpot and SFMC
- AMPscript, SQL, or HubSpot API/workflow experience
- Familiarity with hospitality tech integrations, including PMS systems and loyalty data
