Previously operating as Revery AI, the company has since evolved into TofuLab (https://tofulab.ai), with a focused mission on agent-driven performance marketing.
TofuLab is building what we describe as “Claude Code for Marketing” — an end-to-end marketing agent platform designed to fundamentally change how marketers work.
Our goal is simple but ambitious: increase a marketer’s effective output by 3× or more by eliminating low-value, manual work. No more pulling data from dashboards, stitching together reports, or spending hours on routine analysis. Instead, marketers express high-level intent — what they want to understand, optimize, or monitor — and the system executes end to end.
TofuLab connects marketing knowledge, live data, and execution into a single agentic interface. It can plan campaigns, fetch and analyze data automatically, surface deep insights, generate high-quality visualizations, and produce client-ready reports in the format you need. Monitoring is continuous and programmable: marketers define what matters, and the agent runs in the background, detects changes, and brings insights back proactively.
Performance marketing is our starting point. From there, we’re expanding into influencer marketing, brand marketing, and beyond — across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and more. TofuLab is being built as the central operating portal for modern marketing teams, not just another tool.
Role Description
This is not a traditional performance marketing role.
As Performance Marketing Lead, you will own performance marketing for TofuLab while also helping shape how performance marketing should work inside an AI-native product.
In the short term, your focus will be hands-on: setting up, running, and optimizing performance marketing as we launch and iterate on the product.
Over time, you’ll increasingly operate at the system and product level — helping define workflows, metrics, automation, and feedback loops that power the marketing agent itself.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, and AI.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience owning performance marketing with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with major advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, etc..)
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, funnels, experimentation, and attribution.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong user empathy and clear written and verbal communication.
- A growth mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience working closely with product or engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or data-driven workflows.
- Interest in rethinking how marketing should work in AI-native systems.
- Prior startup experience or ownership of zero-to-one initiatives.
Nice to have:
- Experience designing growth systems, internal tools, or analytics frameworks.
- Exposure to multi-channel or cross-platform marketing environments.
- Comfort translating complex insights into simple, actionable decisions.
What You'll Do
Own Performance Marketing Execution
- Lead strategy and hands-on execution across paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Define goals, budgets, KPIs, and measurement frameworks (CAC, ROAS, payback, funnel conversion).
- Design and run experiments across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
- Monitor performance, extract insights, and iterate quickly based on data.
- Build clear reporting and learning loops to inform decision-making.
Shape Performance Marketing Strategy & Systems
- Think deeply about how performance marketing workflows should be designed in an agent-driven environment.
- Identify inefficiencies and high-leverage moments in existing marketing processes.
- Help define experimentation frameworks, monitoring strategies, and feedback loops.
- Translate real campaign needs into system-level and product improvements.
Act as a Product-Minded Growth Partner
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering.
- Represent the voice of the marketer internally and advocate for user needs.
- Turn growth insights into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Help validate what truly saves time and improves outcomes for marketers.
