2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing the marketing technology stack to enable effective campaign execution, data management, and operational alignment within marketing. This role is essential to driving growth initiatives and pipeline development by partnering with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams. The position ensures high-quality marketing execution and data hygiene to support the organization’s growth objectives.
3. Responsibilities:
• Set up, test, and deploy marketing campaigns including email, webinars, and events using marketing automation platforms
• Build and code emails using HTML and Liquid code
• Maintain accurate and clean marketing data within CRM and automation systems
• Manage lead capture, enrichment workflows, and routing using data tools
• Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot marketing technology stack components
• Support marketing performance reporting, campaign analysis, and dashboard management
• Document and streamline processes for campaign operations and lead management
• Build and optimize automation workflows supporting sales and product-led growth motions
• Collaborate with growth, sales, and revenue operations to ensure alignment on campaigns and pipeline quality
4. Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or equivalent experience
• Experience with marketing technology, data analytics, and digital marketing operations
• Advanced proficiency in Liquid code for dynamic email content and reusable modules
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Customer.io or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized with the ability to work independently
• Capable of managing projects end to end with minimal supervision in a lite-agile environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred:
• 4+ years using marketing automation and CRM systems
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology industries
• Familiarity with blended sales-led and product-led growth models
• Experience in event operations and sales engagement platforms
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Tray.io, Zapier, or AI-assisted development tools
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
