2. About the Opportunity:
The Performance Marketing Lead will drive paid user acquisition for both B2C and B2B channels. This role is accountable for owning all paid marketing efforts, using data-driven strategies to meet growth targets. It involves collaboration across Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand teams and emphasizes leveraging AI and new tools to improve efficiency and scale marketing impact. The position reports to the Senior Lead of Acquisition.
3. Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy and execution of paid acquisition across B2C and B2B
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand & Content teams
• Set and manage monthly and quarterly budgets and goals for paid marketing
• Manage SEM, SMM, OTT, Reddit, and other paid marketing channels
• Implement marketing automation and advanced tools to optimize workflows
• Conduct A/B testing on channels, ads, messaging, and targeting
• Use data analytics to ensure alignment with growth goals
4. Requirements:
• 5+ years of paid marketing experience
• 3 years owning Paid Search (SEM)
• 3 years owning Paid Social (SMM)
• Experience managing large marketing budgets (8 figures annually)
• Strong experience in B2C and B2B acquisition
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to challenge low-impact ideas with data-backed reasoning
• SaaS experience is a plus
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
