You’ll be joining a tight-knit, collaborative marketing team, working closely with a dynamic Head of Marketing who’s passionate about developing talent and driving results. This role is perfect for a hands-on digital marketer who thrives on execution, optimisation, and continuous learning.
The Role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimising all digital marketing activity across the business. From campaign delivery to performance optimisation and reporting, you’ll help drive acquisition, retention, and revenue through data-led decision making.
Your Key Priorities
- Execute Marketing Strategy
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns aligned with brand and go-to-market strategy.
- Drive Retention Growth
- Build and manage retargeting and reactivation campaigns to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Improve Conversions
- Continuously assess traffic quality, landing pages and funnel performance to increase conversion rates.
- Optimise the Funnel
- Analyse and enhance the full player journey – from landing page through to registration and deposit.
- Enhance Website & App Experience
- Manage on-site content, promotional placements and digital merchandising to improve engagement and usability.
Broader Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination: Support the delivery of integrated campaigns across digitalCRM, social and community channels
- Brand Consistency: Ensure messaging and creative aligns with brand tone and positioning across all touchpoints
- Promotions & Launches: Assist in executing promotions, tournaments, VIP events and product launches
- Merchandise Management: Coordinate the supply and distribution of branded merchandise to players, team members and stakeholders
About You
- Demonstrated digital marketing experience (in-house or Agency) Ideally 3 years +
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimisation and analytic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team
- Curious mindset with a drive to learn and grow
