Performance Manager

About the Opportunity:

The organization focuses on simplifying car buying and selling through technology and digital solutions for the automotive industry. The Platform and Media Performance Manager is responsible for guiding clients on digital media strategies and supporting their marketing and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on digital media strategies using data-driven insights and best practices

• Prepare for and deliver meetings and presentations

• Develop, present, and discuss client strategies for websites, digital advertising, chat platforms, and online retailing

• Create and execute marketing strategies for dealer partners

• Monitor industry trends

• Educate clients on the organization’s digital solutions and media capabilities

• Collaborate with departments such as General Support, Inventory Support, Digital Advertising, SEO, Compliance, Marketing Design, Sales, and Analytics

• Maintain and retain a book of business for the platform

• Generate sales referrals to build your book of business

Requirements:

• Account management and performance management experience

• Digital marketing and media buying experience

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong presentation and communication skills, including ability to project over the phone

• Highly organized, punctual, and detail oriented

• Ability to learn quickly and interest in new technologies

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics

• Familiarity with paid search and media (Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Video, Display)

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and principles

• Knowledge of website design best practices

Compensation:

• Total Target Compensation Range: $58,300.00 to $69,950.00
