Position: Bilingual Spanish Marketing Expert

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $20–$60/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: ~2 months (subject to extension)

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize marketing concepts, analytics, and practices into structured rubrics and documentation for AI training.
• Write fluently in both Spanish and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
• Provide cultural and domain-specific insights into Latin American and Spanish marketing practices, including consumer behaviour, media habits, and industry norms.
• Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content and validate accuracy against marketing standards.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Spanish with strong written and spoken English.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience in marketing in Latin America or Spain.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
