Lead Generation Agent

About the Opportunity:

The organization provides research and technology solutions for the financial market, offering benchmark and custom indices globally to help clients identify investment opportunities and manage portfolio risks. It delivers services in corporate governance, sustainability, cyber risk, and fund intelligence. The Market Intelligence division supplies data, insights, and market engagement solutions to financial services firms, enabling them to assess markets, identify opportunities, and execute go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of outbound calls placed via automated technology

• Share stories of clients’ offerings and opportunities

• Listen to objections and handle them persuasively and courteously

• Generate qualified leads and pass them on to clients

• Accurately submit details of every interaction in the call center system

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience with phone-based interactions; call center experience preferred

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Professionalism

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multitask, and meet deadlines

• Ability to interpret customer needs and match them with related products and services

• High speed internet and a quiet workspace

• Availability to work full-time Mon-Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time

• Eligible remote work locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin

Compensation:

• Base pay between $15.00 and $16.00 per hour, subject to state and local wage requirements

• Exact compensation varies based on skills, experience, and education

• Incentive eligible, with certain local restrictions depending on state
