Communication Coordinator

About the Opportunity:

The organization is a leading independent and conflict-free retirement solution provider offering recordkeeping services to thousands of retirement plans and hundreds of thousands of eligible participants, managing over $26 billion in assets. Its platform supports various retirement plans, individual retirement accounts, and health savings accounts. This role supports multiple business lines by managing communication requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and maintaining brand consistency across channels.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary intake point for communication requests from business units

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and approvals

• Edit and proofread communications for clarity, accuracy, and brand compliance

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely communication delivery

• Build and maintain email templates using HTML for internal and external use

• Track and manage communication workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field

• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with HTML and email template creation

• Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration ability

• Financial services experience is a plus

• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and content management systems preferred

• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial communications preferred

Compensation:

• Average salary range is $56,000 to $70,000 per year, with base pay varying by location, knowledge, skills, and experience

• Top of range pay possible on a case-by-case basis
