2. About the Opportunity:

The Data Analyst will focus on optimizing digital marketing campaign performance and strategy by analyzing data and driving improvements. This role supports media partner relationships by managing investigations, product fixes, and optimizations. The position requires developing expertise in data sources and analytical tools, automating business processes, and applying diverse problem-solving approaches in a fast-paced environment. The analyst will identify growth opportunities, communicate insights effectively, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance business outcomes.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in relevant data sources to support business decisions

• Master analytical tools and automate business processes and decision-making

• Apply diverse problem-solving strategies while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

• Analyze business challenges and identify growth opportunities

• Understand strengths and weaknesses to create innovative analytical solutions

• Communicate insights promptly to meet business analytical needs and drive improvements

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in an analytical role

• Inquisitive mindset willing to challenge assumptions and stakeholders

• Ability to analyze diverse datasets and visualize key trends

• Strong communication and presentation skills to synthesize and share data-driven findings

• Proficient in analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including abnormality detection, predictive analysis, market segmentation, and competitive analysis

• Experience with SQL on enterprise datasets

• Proficiency in R or Python

• Experience with Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools

• Experience with automation in an enterprise setting is highly valued

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The expected salary range is $85,000 to $100,000 USD annually, subject to the organization’s compensation practices and geographic location adjustments

• Eligible for performance bonuses or commissions and equity via restricted stock units

• Participation in standard employee benefits including health care, retirement plans, paid leave, and other tax-reportable benefits
