1. About Our Client:

2. About the Opportunity:

The Content Strategist will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the organization’s content program throughout the buyer journey. This manager-level role involves directing a team, collaborating across marketing and creative departments, and partnering with subject matter experts to produce authoritative, optimized content. This position ensures content effectiveness across channels and formats, contributing to the organization’s visibility and voice in AI-driven search environments.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a unified, multi-channel content strategy aligned with business goals

• Plan, measure, and coordinate cross-team content initiatives, including campaigns and multimedia

• Create and manage content plans and editorial calendars for leadership and team use

• Synthesize company inputs into a cohesive content roadmap across buyer journey stages

• Partner with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership and technical content

• Manage AEO/LLM optimization tools to enhance content visibility in AI-driven search

• Oversee SEO, AEO, and LLM-based content optimization

• Review and edit content for brand voice and messaging consistency

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing content team

• Establish content standards, workflows, and governance

• Serve as a strategic alignment point across teams

4. Requirements:

• 5+ years in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or technical products

• 2+ years managing and developing content teams with proven leadership impact

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional content programs and external vendors

• Strong strategic thinking with practical execution and data-driven content performance skills

• Experience designing, running, and documenting content experiments with clear communication

• Ability to work with SMEs and manage webinar, video, and multimedia content programs

• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and emerging AI search considerations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for external and internal content

• Ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and manage ambiguity

Nice to have:

• Background in IT, systems administration, or technical roles
