Role Description

This is a part-time (3-5 hrs/week), remote Marketing Coordinator role. The Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role by managing podcast and webinar production and support, content creation and social media management. This position involves coordinating event and webinar logistics, tracking member email and engagement analytics, and contributing to SEO initiatives. Some website development input. The Marketing Coordinator will gain hands-on experience with our LMS platforms and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Marketing & SEO strategies to support outreach and engagement efforts
• Experience in Event Planning, including webinars, podcasts
• Webinar and podcast design and production
• Full-stack website development
• WordPress, Canva, Descript, ZOOM, Google Analytics, CRM/AMS, Adobe Creative Cloud
• LMS administration skills a plus
• Familiarity with healthcare or reimbursement and market access industries is a plus
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, UX, Business, or a related field
