The role

We're building a hiring platform that makes the CV obsolete. To do that, we need two audiences to believe in what we're building: the talent who use Vaultt to showcase their work, and the employers who hire through it.

You'll own both.

This is a founding team role. You'll shape how Vaultt shows up in the world - the brand, the content, the community. Not executing someone else's strategy. Building your own.

What you'll do

• Lead marketing strategy across both sides of the platform.
• Build and grow our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create content that cuts through the noise.
• Embed yourself in the culture our audience cares about and reflect it back authentically.
• Help define the Vaultt brand from the ground up.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience building a user base - you've grown something from small to meaningful.
• A track record of creating brands people actually connect with.
• Native fluency across social platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Someone who operates with conviction - you back your ideas, test fast, and learn faster.
• A genuine belief that the old way of hiring is broken.
