Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Admissions Advisor to join a small a small team of three others on the admissions team. The Admissions Advisor will serve as a key contact for individuals and families seeking addiction treatment, providing guidance and support throughout their journey. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, explaining treatment options, assisting in decision-making for appropriate solutions, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining confidentiality.
